Didra Lara

Didra Lara serves as Paralegal at Quantica Infrastructure, bringing over 18 years of legal experience in contracts management, compliance, and corporate transactions. A Certified Paralegal with a proven ability to identify and mitigate legal risks, Didra supports Quantica’s renewable energy initiatives by facilitating effective collaboration across legal, operations, development, and construction teams.

Before joining Quantica, Didra was a Senior Renewables Contract Analyst at Duke Energy Sustainable Solutions, where she supported wind, solar, and battery storage assets and managed complex contractual obligations. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Paralegal at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, focusing on drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, company guarantees, and assignment agreements. Known for her leadership, organizational excellence, and problem-solving skills, Didra contributes to delivering compliant, efficient, and scalable project outcomes.

Didra holds an MBA from Western Governors University, a B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Paralegal Certificate.

Caroline Ludwig

Caroline Ludwig serves as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at Quantica Infrastructure, supporting strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across Quantica’s digital infrastructure and energy portfolios. She brings experience in audit, financial analysis, and real estate portfolio valuation, applying her analytical and accounting expertise to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Before joining Quantica, Caroline worked with IQ-EQ and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she developed deep expertise in financial reporting, portfolio valuation, and process improvement for diverse client portfolios spanning real estate and private equity.

Caroline holds a B.A. in Business from Southwestern University and a Master’s in Accounting from Rice University.

Leigh Whittington

Leigh supports Quantica’s project management and software systems implementation, drawing on 18 years of experience deploying technical tools and leading cross-functional teams in the energy sector.

Her background includes managing multidisciplinary teams across several offices, as well as selling and implementing oil and gas planning software at Pod2. She has deep expertise in technical evaluations, acquisitions and divestitures, and scaling asset portfolios under resource constraints. At Trinity Operating, she served as a key advisor on process improvement initiatives and worked directly with executive leadership at both the operating company and its parent, NextEra Energy.

Leigh holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.

Tyler Gregory

Tyler Gregory serves as Senior Accounting Manager at Quantica Infrastructure, overseeing corporate accounting, financial operations, and compliance across Quantica’s U.S. portfolio. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas, Tyler applies his deep expertise in GAAP and FERC principles to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency within Quantica’s integrated infrastructure and energy initiatives.

Before joining Quantica, Tyler was Corporate Controller at Eastern Energy Services, leading all core accounting functions and supporting executive leadership in strategic financial planning. Previously, he served as Assistant Controller at The Shaw Group, where he managed financial operations for three pipe and modular fabrication yards, and held accounting roles with Centurion Pipeline and Phoenix Services. Tyler brings a strong background in building advanced financial models and implementing management tools that drive organizational performance and consistency.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.

Taylor McCarthy

Taylor McCarthy serves as Director of Communications at Quantica Infrastructure, leading strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning to support the advancement of large-scale data center and digital infrastructure projects across the United States.

A seasoned marketing and public affairs leader, Taylor specializes in developing data-driven communication strategies that build trust and accelerate project development. Her expertise includes market entry strategy, community relations, and integrated brand development.

Prior to joining Quantica, she was Director of Marketing at Quantum Loophole, where she led marketing and community engagement initiatives that strengthened stakeholder partnerships and propelled project momentum.

Taylor holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and is recognized for her ability to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with local communities, partners, and industry leaders.

Peter Witt

A renewable energy finance executive, Peter Witt specializes in financial management, capital planning, and project finance for large-scale renewable energy portfolios.

Peter Witt serves as Director of Renewables Finance at Quantica Infrastructure, overseeing financial management and capital planning for the company’s U.S. renewable energy portfolio. In this role, he supports Quantica’s mission to deploy integrated digital infrastructure solutions by driving project development economics and structuring capital for complex investments across solar, wind, and battery storage.

With extensive experience in finance, risk analysis, and renewable energy project development, Peter leads Quantica’s project finance programs and frameworks, helping deliver large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Quantica, he held senior finance roles at Leeward Renewable Energy, Invenergy, and GE Energy Financial Services, where he managed renewable project financings and capital structuring efforts for multi-gigawatt portfolios.

Peter holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University (TCU). His core competencies include renewable energy development, project finance, tax equity, M&A, and financial planning and analysis.

Jack Castell

Jack Castell leads Quantica’s Campus and Conduit Finance function, partnering closely with Business Development to structure and underwrite large-scale data center campuses and the enabling infrastructure required to deliver power, connectivity, and site readiness at scale.

With more than six years of experience in the data center sector, Jack brings deep expertise in digital infrastructure finance and execution. Prior to joining Quantica, he was part of the team at STACK Infrastructure, where he supported financings and capital solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data center development. Across his roles, he has worked on more than $3B of data center financings, spanning complex capital stacks, investor and lender diligence, and transaction execution from early-stage underwriting through close.

Jack holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University and is focused on aligning disciplined capital strategy with customer-driven speed, reliability, and scalability across Quantica’s platform.

Tzveta Raynova

A senior Media, Technology, and Enterprise AI executive, Tzveta Raynova has led strategy, partnerships, and corporate development initiatives across global content production and distribution platforms.

She currently leads strategic partnerships for Quantica Infrastructure, while also advising early-stage ventures on go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and AI-enabled product development. She serves as a Board member of the Harvard Business School Club of New York Alumni Startups group, supporting the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Previously, Tzveta served as Director of Business Development at Comcast, where she led product, platform, and AI-driven partnerships supporting the evolution of the company’s video streaming platform. She played a critical role in the launch of Xumo, Comcast’s streaming joint venture with Charter Communications, and led initiatives to expand developer ecosystems, accelerate app deployment, and advance emerging technology partnerships across AI, voice, and immersive media.

Prior to Comcast, Tzveta held a senior strategy and corporate development role at Viacom, driving global joint ventures, digital advertising partnerships, and the strategic realignment of the company’s digital gaming portfolio.

Tzveta began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and later worked as a technology investor at KKR.

Tzveta holds a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andy Leon

Andy Leon leads Quantica’s Engineering practice, managing our relationships with EPC firms and other partners to support the delivery of integrated solutions spanning renewable generation, storage, and large-scale electrical infrastructure.

Andy brings more than 15 years of experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction of complex energy projects, including utility-scale renewables, battery storage, thermal generation, and high-voltage transmission and interconnection. Prior to joining Quantica, he held senior leadership roles at IOWN Renewable and BayWa r.e., following more than a decade in power systems engineering, project development, and construction at Invenergy and GE. Across these roles, he has led multidisciplinary teams, managed gigawatt-scale project portfolios, and overseen execution from early design through commercial operation.

Andy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer. He is also a Senior Member of the IEEE Power & Energy Society, where he has contributed to technical working groups and standards development.

David Shiflett

David has over 15 years of experience in the acquisition, entitlement, and construction of data centers, as well as utility-scale wind and solar projects. His previous leadership roles include Managing Director of Development at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, Director of Development at Birch Infrastructure, and Michigan Project Manager for National Grid Renewables.

He also served for eight years as a County Commissioner in Leelanau County, Michigan, where he developed budget and labor relations policies. Additionally, David served as chair of the Michigan working group of Clean Grid Alliance, where he developed energy policy.

Keith Navidi

Keith Navidi has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network, dark fiber, colo, and data center solutions for hyperscale and cloud customers. His work drove annual revenues from $0 to $600 million between 2001 and 2023 and generated over $1 billion in total contract value (TCV) from dark fiber sales to hyperscale clients.

Keith began as a sales and engineering architect and later led teams focused on network, dark fiber, colo, and data center services at Global Crossing, Level 3, and CenturyLink. He consistently ranked among the top business development performers, closing some of the largest TCV contracts in company history.

He also architected the first four-way MNDA with AWS, Google, and Microsoft, which led to the creation of Exa-Switch, the first automated, self-provisioned optical interconnect platform.

Jeff Motes

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in Internet Infrastructure, with more than a decade focused on leading sales efforts for data center operators and advising capital sponsors on go-to-market strategies in M&A contexts.

Most recently, Jeff served as SVP of Hyperscale Sales and Site Selection at Evoque Data Center Solutions (now CenterSquare), backed by Brookfield Infrastructure. In this role, he had full P&L responsibility, developed the Green Powered Shell product, and led his team to sell out over 100MW of contiguous capacity to major Hyperscale clients.

Throughout his career Jeff has also held senior sales leadership roles at global data center platforms, securing large-scale deployments and building lasting relationships with hyperscale clients across North America.

Lawrence Tsang

Lawrence heads Quantica’s Development team, managing all facets of project development, commercial, project finance, pre-construction, M&A, and regulatory operations. He is responsible for executing Quantica’s development portfolio and driving pipeline expansion.

Prior to Quantica, Lawrence held multiple roles at Convergent Energy + Power (acquired by Energy Capital Partners), most recently serving as SVP of Corporate Development, where he led partnerships, strategy, and M&A functions. While at Convergent, he was an early leader in developing and securing financing for one of the first standalone storage and solar-plus-storage hybrid projects in the United States. Previously, Lawrence held leadership positions at Blue Planet Funding and OCI Energy in roles expanding across project development, strategy, M&A, and capital markets in the United States, Mexico, India, and South Africa. He began his career as a management and strategy consultant focused on energy and utilities at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Lawrence holds a BSc. in Biology from Concordia University (Canada) and a Masters in Environmental Management from Harvard University.

Lorin Dorco

Lorin Dorco has over 20 years of experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale networks worldwide. He has successfully delivered new long-haul, metro, and subsea fiber projects for a range of clients, including some of the world’s largest carriers, hyperscalers, and governmental and financial institutions.

Previously, Lorin served as a consultant in the field of low-latency networks and worked with McKay Brothers, a global leader in microwave technology. He designed the fastest fiber network from Chicago (CME) to Japan (JPX), as well as other routes through Japan, Korea, Singapore, and China.

Before McKay Brothers, Lorin served as CTO of Sidera, a precursor to Crown Castle, and was the founder and CTO of Mox Networks, a leading provider of diverse networks for hyperscalers and a carriers’ carrier. In his role at Mox Networks, he secured the first anchor contracts with Meta, Rogers, and Pick Two.

Dave Crowley

Dave Crowley has more than 30 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of network design, architecture, capacity management, traffic engineering, deployment, scheduling, and support for some of the world’s largest network infrastructures.

Dave has expertise in network infrastructure, including terrestrial and submarine cable systems, metro and long-haul dark fiber, and lit services, as well as content distribution networks, data center relations and design, and internet peering/transit.

Prior to joining Quantica, Dave held leadership roles at Birch Infrastructure, Telcopedia Consulting, DP Global Assets, F2Suit, Microsoft, Limelight Networks, Accessline Communications, Global Crossing, and AT&T.

Sheryl Mayo

Sheryl is a Butte, MT native and has nearly four decades of experience with the Montana electric generation assets working with Montana Power, Montana Power Trading and Marketing, PPL and Talen Energy. Additionally, Sheryl negotiated operating and tolling agreements for two PPL gas assets in Arizona.

Sheryl has focused on Power Origination for more than 35 years and was an Officer of WSPP. She is an expert on standard power contracts (WSPP, ISDA-P, and EEI) and development of complex transactions for Natural Gas, Thermal and Hydroelectric assets.

Sheryl has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

Kelly Walker

A seasoned finance executive with 20+ years of experience, Kelly Walker specializes in financial planning, risk management, and business transformation, optimizing profitability and capital management for multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

Before joining Quantica, Kelly held senior leadership roles at Talen Energy, Nextera Energy Resources, Sunnova, Dynegy, and The Shaw Group, leading corporate forecasting, capital budgeting, trading risk management, and financial planning. At Talen, he developed strategic forecast models, supported $1.7 billion in new debt financing, and led financial planning for a $3 billion revenue, $1 billion EBITDA portfolio.

Kelly holds Master of Finance and MBA degrees from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of New Orleans. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Python, using data-driven insights to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Tom Cotter

Tom is an executive support professional with decades of experience partnering with senior leaders in the finance, automotive, and technology industries.

Most recently, Tom was the Business Operations Manager for BrightDrop, General Motors EV-based delivery business. Reporting to the CEO, he helped establish the brand, build the support team, and manage the facilities portfolio. Prior to BrightDrop, he supported the CEO of Cruise, GM’s driverless ride service and delivery business.

Tom has also supported GM’s Treasurer, CFO and President, where he partnered with leadership to support the post-bankruptcy restructuring, 2010 IPO, investor relations, communications, real estate and public events.

Tom studied Education and History at Manhattan College and New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Charlie Baker

A Montana native, Charlie was the Controller for Sibanye-Stillwater’s US PGM operations, a leading source of platinum and palladium and one of the largest industrial operations in Montana.

Previously, he was the CEO of PPL Montana and its subsequent spinoff into Talen Montana, overseeing almost 3GW of operating assets. During his 15 year tenure he oversaw the operations of a 2GW coal plant, the sale of two natural gas plants, and the sale of their Montana hydro assets for $900mn.

Charlie has a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the University of Montana and is a certified public accountant.

Damon Obie

A Montana native and a veteran legal counselor, Damon has over 20 years of experience in clean energy and power infrastructure.

As General Counsel of Talen Energy Corporation’s Montana subsidiary, he oversaw mergers & acquisitions, regulatory and environmental compliance, commercial growth and real estate development, as well as litigation and corporate governance.

Damon also oversaw the Colstrip Power Plant co-owner relationships, working closely with the government affairs and corporate communications teams, and supported Talen’s legal and regulatory efforts to build a nuclear powered cryptomining facility.

In addition to a JD from the University of Montana, Damon also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

John Chesser

A veteran executive, John has led major platform developments across multiple sectors, including auto finance, renewable energy, nuclear power, and digital infrastructure, including data storage and mining.

Most recently, he was CFO of Talen Energy Corporation and Cumulus Growth, leading the development of the Cumulus 475MW data center (acquired by AWS) and a 150MW bitcoin mining facility. With 13GW of nuclear and fossil power assets in five markets, his team increased profits by over $500 million.

Before Talen, John served as treasurer of TerraForm Power Inc., a 3GW renewables platform (acquired by Brookfield). At General Motors during the 2008 financial crisis, he helped drive their restructuring and eventual IPO, including the formation of General Motors Financial.

John holds degrees in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
